I have cruised before on NCL and princess and they were the best so far. HAL is the worst ship I have ever been on. The food was terrible (same thing over and over again, chicken, chicken, chicken. No gourmet foods at all). When we were on the ship they had an outbreak of the norovirus and we were in code red the entire cruise (which meant you couldn't touch anything the buffets were impacted by this because you had to be served everything). The toilets in our room smelled of urine, the ship was dusty, the dining room was crowded, tables were 2" apart and very noisy, certainly not a 5 star ship at all. I would not recommend this ship to anyone.
