Good Cruise

Sail Date: October 31, 2007

Reviewed: 9 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Suite

Stateroom (suite) was quite roomy and comfortable. Ship is quite large and a bit confusing to find your way around. Service on board is exceptional (housekeeping and dining). Check in when boarding took a long time and seemed disorganized, disembarkation was well organized. Mostly an older crowd. Entertainment was pretty good, Noordam dancers and singers were the best. On board costs are high.

Pros: Nice stateroom, warm weather, decent entertainment

Cons: High prices on board, smoke in public areas

Recommends Noordam? Yes!

Ship Quality
layout of ship was a bit confusing
Cabin / Stateroom
Service and Staff
Food and Dining
good variety of food and of course lots of it. desserts were not as good as they looked. service was terrific!
Entertainment
Grand Turk Island
would not recomment kayak and snorkel trip, very desert like under water. snorkeling was done near the ship close to boat traffic. Recommend snorkeling on your own.
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
can walk to town here
San Juan, Puerto Rico
big city, might want to take a tour
Philipsburg, St. Maarten
can walk to town
