As a travel agent, I would not recommend this cruise. People who traveled on the Holland America line were disappointed. Felt like I was on a Senior Citizens floating home. Could have left out the first 2 ports and started with St. Marteen. Had drills while we were in port, had to walk up steps to get to lunch or to your room when we got back to ship after walking in the heat.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food was average

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The shows were good, variety and schedule were also good.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Staff was always smiling and extreamly pleasant. Tried to help as much as they could, would remember your name.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Ship was clean. Decor was disappointing for a new ship compared to other lines.

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
Poor lighting, needs a dresser to put clothing into. Safe was low, and hard to see

Pros: Ship was clean

Cons: New ship? Had small shops, small movie theatre..all on one level
