Fantastic cruise, first time on Holland America, but will definitely be back.

Lovely to cruise againg but hal needs to improve the covid managment

HAL is my perfect cruise line. Covid has made life miserable for everyone. Think twice b4 going to cruise Europe now. is my perfect agency!

Smooth sailing! We enjoyed a very calm west to east Atlantic crossing!

Totally enjoyed the cruise, but I think there are some issues to still be fixed with staffing (not enough waiters in bars) and embarkation, etc.

The crew, service, food, programs, gym, itinerary and ship were fabulous.

Great cruise after 3 years. Second part of a 21 day back to back cruise. Passenger capacity was 50%, no waiting for anything.

I love cruising so I have yet to have a “bad” cruise, but I probably wouldn’t choose this ship again unless it was because of a great deal or unique itinerary.

It was great to be back cruising and we were very comfortable and happy with the COVID protocols and procedures Holland America had in place. The Captain informed us of the efforts that were in place to protect passengers, crew and staff. Because of CDC downgrade for cruising, masks were recommended for the 2nd part of our cruise and some positive cases were detected. The ship isolated these passengers and those that had had close contact, crew wearing hazmat suits disinfected their rooms and passageways and mandatory mask wearing was implemented for the rest of the voyage. The crew and staff (room stewards, waiters, bar tenders, etc) were very happy to be back and spoiled us throughout the cruise. We had a great time and cruising again in a few weeks!

Great ship, great cruise, excellent service on board, wonderful spa, great main dining & specialty restaurants. Will be on HAL & Grand Statendam again.

Great ship and staff, have cruised over 50 times on various ships, most were Holland America. I usually like smaller ships, but this was over the top, staff and facilities were the BEST

Overall an excellent cruise with an amazing staff.

This was a great cruise in spite of the Covid-19 precautions. There will probably never again be a circumstance in which a 2,600 passenger ship sails with 800–900 guests. It is sad to see the impact of the pandemic on the Caribbean islands. Hopefully, they will rebound soon but I suspect it will take some time.

The ship and crew are at the top of their game. Weather was perfect and there were no children on board so pools were quiet and not polluted. Exc lectures outstanding.

Was a wonderful. More upscale than the other ships I've cruised on. It was such a great experience, I hope to be able to travel again soon. Was concerned about Covid protocols, but masking and sanitizing worked well. Felt comfortable.

Went on Holland america to the Panama Canal and it was wonderful. This cruise was a disappointment.
