Beautiful ship, very clean. Needs more poolside activities. Food was best of any cruise I’ve been on.

Must use spa facilities it was most relaxing, just wish staff did not push product so hard after massages.

This cruise through Holland America was wonderful. We were not disappointed or dissatisfied with anything.

Enjoyed this beautiful ship and activities very much. Overall quieter vibe than some other cruise lines (no hairy chest contest at the pool or water slide and miniature golf) but I happen to like that for a change. Service staff friendly and helpful. Food excellent and great entertainment. Only issue was 24 hour light outside on veranda, which prevented our using it from sunset to sunrise. Guest services said it was for safety-stairwell above these rooms affected 8177 to 8155. So avoid them if you like to sit there at night. Also noise from bar above but cannot hear that in room.

Great first cruise. I would 💯 cruise with Holland again. I actually I'm a bit nervous to book with anyone else other than Holland, but I know my 15 year old is itching to go now. I'll need to find a ship that will be fun for him.

The ship is beautiful and the crowd sailing on it laid back. Fantastic ship to go on to relax.

Overall a lovely ship and great crew. The Lido food, Tamarind, snacks...all were really good quality. Very clean ship. Entertainment was blah. Felt rushed by the dining room staff. The room was awesome!

Normally we like Holland America but this cruise seemed like they are experiencing some cut-backs and staff reductuon especially in the dining experience area. Food quality did not seem to live up to their standard. In some cases staff did not seem happy. We have two more HA cruises booked, so we will be in a better position to evaluate when those are completed. I don't think HA is at the "top" of our preferred list anymore!

I did research prior to going on this cruise, I'm so greatful CruiseOnly recommended Holland America and this new ship. Excellent choice and it left me with a great first impression. Recommended to others and a group of us will be booking in March a Cruise in September. Thank you for such a great experience!

We had higher expectations of the cruise since we took this exact cruise last year and were very impressed. It seemed that Holland was reducing in some areas....no flowers in the lido or main dining...high tea was poorly served and the sandwiches offered were unimaginative...just wheat and white bread...servers pouring across the table, etc. The sushi was very nice but the servers were confused as to who was doing what and the food delivery did not flow properly. Servers were polite...but had to ask several times for tea, sake...servers always thought some one else was getting it.

Like I said earlier that shift needs a complete culture adjustment, the staff feels that they’re doing you a favor and there are unpleasant people there were a few that were nice but 95% of them had attitudes and felt like they were doing you a big favor by being there, never again will I Cruise on Holland America. It actually gave me a very bad taste about ever cruising again.

We've been crying for 20+ years and are 3 star Mariners with HAL. Overall we were disappointed with the quality of the food, staff and large number of families with small children. OK, I get it, it was a holiday cruise but HAL has always catered to an older clientele . Yes, they were well behaved. Did we book another cruise, yes. We will give HAL one more chance.

We had a great time, the food was fantastic (wished the hamburger place didn't close at 6pm). The ship is clean and very friendly

Another great Caribbean cruise with Holland America Line. I've never been disappointed.

I wouldn't recommend this ship unless you want to nap all day at sea or avoid getting run over by a Hover-round. We cruise 2-3 times per year for 35 years, we've been on Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Norwegian , Princess and now Holland America and I must say the entertainment and on-board activities were the worst we've ever experienced.

Beautiful new ship (less than a year old). On-board activities were stale and needed some updating. Ports were uninteresting (but I was more interested in ship than ports, so that's on me). Food was great and plentiful. Really enjoyed the Dutch Cafe (great coffee, snacks and for people watching). Nice to see that HAL has relaxed the dress code, only about 30% dressed for dinner.

Great cruise! First time on HA, not the last! The only bad thing is that I came back home sick with fever and coughing ... wore a mask on the plane back - now recovering in bed for 2 days ... Hope nobody else had this nasty thing :-(
