This is our 4th relocation cruise to/from Vancouver, Canada. They are inexpensive, but still lots of fun. We will do more.

The ship is beautiful - not so crowded - easy to get around - good for my parents, just not for me. I really wanted to like Holland America, but I've experienced better service on other cruise lines. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be choosing Holland American for my next cruise.

My family and I had a great time on this cruise. After disembarkation on Saturday we realized we had left money in the locked cabin safe, contacted lost and found on Monday. Christine in main office in Seattle sent message to ship and was told money had not been found. I urged for and investigation because no one should have access to safe other that passenger or designated crew members. Christine followed up and the money was found still in the safe. Thank you for everything .

Was great at first. Keys was great, grand turk was amazing, they cancelled Amber Cove which is the trip my grandfather who lost his wife really wanted to go on, AND they didn't refund anyone for the loses of the experience, they did for the excursions but doesn't make up for experience and the extra day at sea which to boring. Cancelled snorkeling in the Bahamas and it wasn't even the main part of the Bahamas. Will definitely take another cruise line next time a little disappointed in my first experience.

Very relaxing cruise. Captain was informative and professional. Look forward to traveling again with Holland America.

Cruise was one of our best vacations to date. We choose Holland America because of the BB Ling Allstar band. They are phenomenal

Ports were fantastic Not a family cruise Mis leading when they said that we were going to have a balcony!

Cannot say enough about the steward and dining service. ONLY disappointment was the zipline, which wasn't really a zipline experience. Very clean ship and not oversized passenger ship. Easy on & off in ports and always on time.

Had a great time on the Nieuw Amsterdam, very relaxing and enjoyed all the delicious food. Staff everywhere on the ship was excellent.

Same boat as last year.it has been refurbished.Glad to see that there was not a large group.

We really enjoyed our time with Holland American.

Very few things for kids. Calm atmosphere where alcohol is available but not pushed like other ships. Kitchen extremely staff. Waiters did their best- understaffed.

Very disappointed. I've been on more than 15 cruises including three long holiday cruises on HAL This was the most boring ever. The Lido had the only good food and that's not typical of HAL. The ship was lovely and the cabin and ship staff were excellent, but not the wait staff.

3 day cruise to Nassau and Half Moon Cay. Our first cruise with Holland America. We absolutely loved it. We will definitely be back. Relaxing cruise with a mix of ages from families with children to seniors. Median age 40-50 December 20-23 2017

Good value - refurbished ship, great destination, friendly crew, good venues, and very good food. Entertainment program could be better, otherwise great experience!

SEATING FOR DINNER WAS MESSED UP FROM THE FIRST NIGHT WE WERE ON THE CRUISE. EACH NIGHT WAS AN ISSUE. WAITING HOURS FOR FOOD TO ARRIVE. AIR CONDITIONER IN ONE CABIN NOT WORKING, WAS NOT FIXED UNTIL OUR LAST NIGHT. CARDS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. FEES ADDED THAT WE WERE NOT AWARE OF AT THE TIME OF BOOKING! WILL NEVER TRAVEL WITH HOLLAND AMERICA AGAIN!

I am not sure what happened in the few years since we last sailed the Nieuw Amsterdam, but I really hope this was an exception and not the "new normal". WHAT HAPPENED????!! I have been on about 40 cruises, this will go down as one of the most disappointing.

The staff was absolutely fantastic! The service shipwide reminded me of the stellar service from 30 years ago. This is what a cruise ship is supposed to feel like.

A fantastic relaxing cruise. Great food, room and staff. The Pinacle service and food was great but the main dining restaurant was almost as good. Our suite room and concierge staff was also fantastic.

I had an absolutely wonderful time. friendly people, lovely ship, great food, and just an absolutely great time was had by all 3 of us. Planning on taking a trip to Europe next year.
