The food and service in the main dining room was great. The Lido had great breakfasts and the lunch time menu was good too. The Dive Inn had the best burgers and fries that Ai have ever eaten. The Pinnacle on this ship was not up to standards compared to other HAL ships. The service was bad and the food just okay.

The one step dance group did a great job as did the magicians and comedians. I still miss the HAL singers and dancers as they were always the highlight of the ships entertainment. Whoever in the corporate office decided to do away with the the singers and dancers should be fired!!! Very bad decision!

The problem with most of these places is you’re supposed to get free exrays and a cleaning on your first visit and they won’t do the cleaning for me cuz they say I need that cleaning for the gums. That stupid place in Shenandoah when I talked to them on the phone they said they would do the free cleaning and after they did exrays and examine and told me what I done they wouldn’t do the cleaning. Never went back.
