Wow, booking a cruise just because they have pickle ball! That’s crazy. We book for the ports. And the Nieuw Amsterdam is a great ship. The food is absolutely delicious. The staff is the friendliest and always smiling, especially in buffet. Our cabin steward always greeted us by name and asked how our days were at the different ports. Not a lot to do on the ship during the day but that’s what the ports are for. Best burgers we’ve ever had at the Dive-In. Loved the ship and cruise. Would definitely go again.
