We were on Nieuw Amsterdam last March and loved it. Not a lot to do on the ship during the day but that’s what the ports are for. The staff in the buffet were wonderful. Always smiling and happy to help. Our cabin steward always called us by name and asked how the ports were, always kept our cabin spotless. The food was absolutely delicious. Hope you tried the hamburgers at the Dive-In. Best I’ve ever had.
