Review summary
Wonderful ship and staff. Large room with lots of storage. Never had a bad meal. Easy ship to get around and in very good condition. The entertainment was great and I love the live music on board. Holland America has made some changes and their customer service has declined but it is still a great cruise to take if you like a more sedate and sophisticated experience. I look forward two sailing on Holland America again.Embarkation

Crow's Nest
The coffee machine is annoyingly loud and I'd like to see the games moved to the room next to the casino. This is now where the library is, so it's not always quiet. Great views.
