The cruise experience was fantastic and we had a lovely time on board. Everything that happened before, during and after getting on and off the ship was an absolute joke. I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication and guidance for people who are either unfamiliar with the new processes or are first time cruisers. Everything and everyone ON SHIP, were/was truly perfection. I cannot speak highly enough for the thoughtful and wonderful service and amenities were were granted.
Embarkation
4 out of 5
It was a little confusing and the people at the cruise terminal where you go through the scanners, were 100% clueless.

Food and Dining

Outstanding, delicious, and accommodating. Having a few more vegan options in the buffet or labeling items as vegan would be great. There were zero vegan options in the 24hr cafe, other than fruit. This was a little frustrating.
Onboard Activities

Wait time on the waterslides was incredibly long, but worth the wait. Pools, movies, nightlife were all excellent.
Entertainment
We really didn't see any shows. Just went to a game show.
Children's Programs

Our daughter had a blast! She could play with kids her age and swim in a pool area just her size (she's 4).
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Everyone on this ship we encountered was excellent. The service from housekeeping and waitstaff was the absolute best I've had outside of RC. I am continually impressed with their professionalism and dedication to their crafts. Absolutely my favorite part of the experience.
Ship Quality

Some areas seem a little crowded and chaotic. The pool area and hallways at either end are incredibly slippery and could be better considered. Otherwise, the ship was gorgeous and well thought out. Decor was impeccable, and the furnishings well crafted. Beautiful.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was perfect for the 3 of us. The pull out bed was the right height for the little one to not fall far, if she did fall off the bed (which happened once). Because the cabin is a little narrow, walking with the couch pulled out was a little challenging, but we made due.
Nassau was hot, muggy, crowded, and full of people hustling things on the street. As we entered the main street out of the receiving area into Nassau, while holding a small child, my partner was offered illegal drugs by a peddler, and we were constantly bombarded by people selling things on the streets. Some were rather aggressive in their sales pitches. There were 3 other cruise ships in port that day, making the streets awfully full of people walking around. We made a very short trip of it, after touring the pirate museum, as it was simply too much of a hassle with a 4 year old.
Beautiful location, generally friendly staff (aside from one woman at the snorkel shack, and one gentleman in the same area), and lots to do. The island has changed so much in the last 12 years, it's unrecognizable. The first time I went there, it was virtually desolate, and now, it's just striking. Really great for families and young kids, as well as older adults.
Going through customs was highly problematic. Our passport scans did not register correctly, so we were unable to simply walk off the ship and into the area where we exit. We were hurried out of the building, while trying to read something on the wall. Everyone was rude and were not helpful at all. The area to hail transportation was a mess with confused people and nobody guiding the masses.
