Mediocre at best

Sail Date: April 01, 2014

Reviewed: 2 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Even if just 'refurbed' some chairs in public areas had cuts and stuffing coming out of them. Many little issues with not having enough staff in various areas to help. Lots of lines and long wait times to get a drink\, water\, beer or anything else.

Cons: Service in Main dining room\, food in dining room and attitudes of some staff

Recommends Navigator of the Seas? No.

Entertainment
'Big shows\" poor. Others ok.
Service and Staff
Very mixed. In some places excellent and in others bad. Two Poets and casino bars very poor attitudes.
Cabin / Stateroom
Food and Dining
Main dining room food was not very good. Below average for a cruise. Others who had sailed on this ship in past and on RCCL remarked on the downgrade in food and service.
Ship Quality
Even if just 'refurbed' some chairs in public areas had cuts and stuffing coming out of them.
