Not again through .....

Sail Date: October 01, 2014

Traveled As: Singles/Friends

Room Type: Balcony

I would recommend this ship only for a first time cruiser. It is old and really needs more updating than a flat screen tv and carpet. The mattresses were horrible! Our bed was not changed ONCE - for a whole week. Don't go expecting top of the line food\, services or anything.

Pros: the waitstaff in the dining room - exceptional !

Cons: Booking the cruise was a MESS

Recommends Navigator of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
Old
Food and Dining
Food was fair....no flair just fair.
Cabin / Stateroom
As stated earlier in this review - mattresses were terrible. Our stateroom was left neat - but sheets NEVER changed for a 7-day cruise ! YUK Howard our steward was never seen except in the evening hours.
Service and Staff
Nothing was above and beyond in any category except the waitstaff in the dining area.
