The ship is a good ship and I would sail on it again with some minor improvements\, as noted below.

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The Japanese restaurant and the Mexican Restaurant were really exceptional! The food was tasty\, well prepared and presented!! We would definitely go again!!

Guest stars were wanna be performers\, not the high grade performers I have seen on other RCI ships! Wasted time!

Service and Staff

Ship Quality

Elevators need to be improved somehow. We would wait for long periods of time for an elevator. It would sit at one floor for minutes before moving again. Cannot explain why.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
The drawers would not stay closed\, constantly had to push them in or bump your leg when you passed by. This is nit-picky but something a lot of people on board were complaining about: they only mad the towel animals three times\, we couldn't figure out why? Were they trying to save money and time? There were no Pens in the cabin\, I had to ask for one and was told they staff was not suppose to put them out anymore? Pens are a dime a dozen! Clocks were not reset back to local time when we changed time zones. Went to an appointment and were told we were early because THEY did not change their clock!! Most people complain there is not enough hot water\, we complained there was no cold water. Showers were boiling water.

Pros: The countries visited.

Cons: Decrease in services by the ship's company

Recommends Navigator of the Seas? Yes!
