First time on RCCL but not the last

Sail Date: February 01, 2013

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Singles/Friends

Room Type: Inside

Ship is well laid out\, clean\, not in need of repair. Not too big to cause one to get lost\, but big enough so you did not feel crowded. At first I was not impressed with the promenade\, but after a couple of days could begin to see the advantages of the open space\, with shops\, lounges\, etc. It is a great place to see and interact with fellow passengers. The ship is grand\, and the cruise was very enjoyable

Pros: Service and professonalism of ALL the staff

Cons: The weather was not the best but was not the fault of RCCL

Recommends Navigator of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Somewhat dissatisfied with the morning hours of the Lido deck restuarant as I am an early riser. Once I discovered that coffee was available on the deck 5 24/7 my dissatisfaction was overcome. Loved the nightly sushi bar as a pre-appetizer to late seating dinner.
Cabin / Stateroom
Size was good. Plenty of storage. Comfortable bed and adequate bathroom. Hot water was lacking in the washbasin but plentiful in the shower
Service and Staff
I was very satisfied with the attitude of the staff. It was not artificial but sincere and I was asked several times daily if everything was to my satisfaction. High marks to the staff
