Very bad Vibe" from staff and passenger"

Sail Date: November 01, 2013

Reviewed: 3 years ago

Traveled As: Singles/Friends

Room Type: Balcony

This was my 7th time on the ship\, so I know what they are capable of. This was not it. Such negative energy on board\, most passengers could not wait to get off. I might add that a lot of the passengers were grumpy when they boarded.

Pros: Seeing a few crew members from previous cruises

Cons: The feeling that no one wanted to be on board - Staff or Passengers

Recommends Navigator of the Seas? No.

Food and Dining
A few horrible dishes. Pad Thai where they did not cook the noodles at all. The lobster was like rubber. The selection in windjammer lacked any creativity. Same stuff all the time.
Cabin / Stateroom
Service and Staff
There were a few shining stars on board\, but most of the staff seemed like they did not want to be there or that you were interrupting them. Usually\, most of the staff is friendly and excited to be there.
Entertainment
Bad choices for entertainment. Missing cruise director (Saw him 1 time the entire cruise).
