Review Summary

Overall it was a good cruise. We spent a few days in New Orleans before which was a great time. The only thing we didn't consider was how far north N/O is from warm weather. It takes a day of pool weather from both ends of the sail. It was worth doing but if you are looking for great weather from the start best to sail from San Juan.

Ship Experiences

Food and Dining

Food was typical for a cruise. Some very good and some was just OK. My Time dining was more like My Time dining if you can get your reservation in before everybody else. All table between the hours of 6:15 and 7:30 where always booked. Staff did very well to try to accomodate.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Beverage staff was great. They remembered what was previously ordered and was quick to make suggestions or correct any errors. We discussed a concern w/ the ship's bar manager and he looked us up later in the week to make sure everything had been taken care of. The issue wasn't ever bar related. We where a little disappointed in our stateroom attendant. We saw him on the first day and didn't see him again. He visited our room usually once a day and we never saw him again.

Ship Quality

The layout of this ship is great. Very easy to navigate from front to back. She is starting to show a little age and is ready for the upcoming remake.

Cabin / Stateroom
