Staff was very rude

This was not my first cruise but it was my first experience (and last) on Royal Caribbean.  I have NEVER been on a cruise line with such rude staff as we experienced on the Navigator of the Seas!  Our stateroom attendant was the ONLY person on board that was helpful and very attentative!  The cumstomer service counter was the rudest I have ever encountered!   Every night when we went to dinner, the wait staff never once asked us what we would like to drink.....they filled our water glasses, and immediately removed our wine glasses.  There were 6 of us at our table and none of us was ever ask for a drink order.  During dessert, which we had to ask for, my cabin mate ask for a cup of coffee to drink with his dessert.  It certainly pissed the waiter off!!  I honeslty have never experienced anything like this on any other cruise line.  Apparently Adam Goldstein is comfortable with his cruise line and doesn't care anymore about customer service.  SAD
