we enjoyed our cruise, but we felt that it could have been better with better crew training

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
average quality at buffet, very disorganized layout and limited hours, great food in the dining rooms, good service, mostly very healthy menu items

Entertainment

3 out of 5
very much enjoyed the shows, ice skating, ballroom dancing, etc

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
the crew was friendly, I think the overall crew training could have been better

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
ship was really clean, extra effort made to avoid the stomach virus that they experienced on the previous cruise, the casino was outdated, slot machines stil used quarters

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
nice clean room, great service, older model TV

Pros: large ship smooth ride

Cons: long lines and under trained crew members
