We picked Royal because we had traveled with Carnival and Norwegian in the past and we preferred the service and amenities of Royal. This time we were surprised to see the attitude of the guest services crew, it was not nice. In the past we have had no issues at all but this time we had an issue with the billing and when we went to fix it we were greeted by people who looked unfriendly, there were never a smile and they had an attitude all the time. Fortunately that was not the case with the rest of the crew, the restaurants, housekeeping and tour people were great as always and that really helped. I hope that they look into that because the cruise line is great, the ship was beautiful and the ports were wonderful, could not ask for more.
