We've been accustomed to "AMAZING" on RCCL. This cruise on Navigator just wasn't up to par. Nothing major... just annoying and disappointing. Rudeness from Calvin at the Port. A cabin door that never shut unless pushed. Mediocre entertainment by the on-board singers/dancers and in Two Poets lounge. Four calls in two days to fix our safe. (The first three, they just reset it until we finally demanded they figure out what was wrong and fix it!) Towel animals only 3 nights out of 7. Dining room service superb, but the food was average and very salty. And that's just part of it. I've grown to expect a LOT more from RCCL!
