The housekeeping staff are great, the dining room staff were in sync with your every need and as far waiting in a line I didn't see one. The check-in went smoothly and the new self departure was awesome. Grab your own bags and roll off , the marketing person who thought that up was a genius....

Pros: Mexican Cooking class in Cozumel. What a great idea, Chef Luis was made for this job, the food we cooked ,we ate and laughed the whole time...Brilliant idea, afterward we used the resort, PLay del Sol amenities, beach and swimming were was included, splendid tour...well worth the time and money.

Cons: On board shopping. It hasn't changed in the 10 years we have been cruising with RCCL

Recommends Navigator of the Seas? Yes!

Entertainment
The comedian, ice show and magician were good, but the RCCL singers the first night were loud and off key , the song choices left alot to be desired, had to get up and leave.
Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Missed the baked Alaska and the extravaganza that went with it....
Cabin / Stateroom
Service and Staff

Turle tour and Hell was good, our tour guide is what made it. He was very informative about the island and culture
