We too just returned from a 5 day RCCL cruise this Nov 2010. We booked 3 rooms for the family - I'm not sure where the other reviewer found the staff less than professional as everyone we met had a smile and a positive outlook. I will agree that the buffet food was lack luster at best - but our second seating dining as fine. The service great ( once our servers knew our beverage preferences - drinks were waiting for us on subsequent nights). Balcony room was spotlessly clean / comfortable . I did find the entertainment a little better than our last (2007) cruise (adventure of the seas) Biggest draw for us is the layout of the ship - we enjoy the royal promenade and the "open" atrium feel of the ship.

Pros: great ship - good layout

Cons: very slow elevators
