The entertainment on the ship was outstanding. Ice show, Spectrum Motown group, Latin Express Boleros band, Reggae band, Dance Show. The service and seating in the dining room was very unprofessional. At our table was an anniversary couple who had requested a table for 2, and couple who had requested a Spanish speaking table. Waiter served from the right at all times. In the Windjammer, service non-existent. We were asked ONCE during the entire cruise if we would like a drink. When I forgot a straw, the server pointed to the service area and did not offer to get it for me. On days 1-2 there were almonds served with the oatmeal. On day 3 there were no almonds, and I was told they were all out. On day 5, the almonds magically reappeared. Our cabin had no cold water in the sink throughout the trip. The toilet did not work 2 days. The cabin had not been vacuumed when we came on board. There was paper on the floor. The cabin steward was wonderful, but had to apologize constantly for plumbing problems. Guest relations and Explorations were very polite. RCL changed port of call from Ocho Rios to Montego Bay due to their own operations, but they did not inform us until the day before. All excursions required an additional 3+ hours on a bus to transport to and from Ocho Rios. Ship too smokey as always. Even in the promenade, the smoke was overwhelming. I'd love to visit the Pub, the musician was great, but I could not breath in there.

All very polite. Cabin Steward very helpful. Guest Relations very polite. Dining room and Windjammer staff poorly trained.
