A disappointing cruise

The ship was beautiful, the food was great. The customer service was horrible. The crew acted like they did not want to be there. Our room attendant was very impersonal. He never introduced himself to my husband nor my mother who was the adult in the cabin right next to us. There were crew members sitting on countertops in the public bathrooms. Crew members walking in the hallways didn't acknowledge you. Crew members opening the spa at 6am didn't acknowledge you. No "Good Morning", nothing! The bathrooms kept clogging. There were several drink locations where the soda was horrible.

Pros: The food, the ship.

Cons: The customer service, the toilets, the soda/drinks.

Recommends Navigator of the Seas? No.
