Royal Caribbean Has Outdone Themselves

Sail Date: December 06, 2008

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Family w/older children

Room Type: Balcony

This was our First Cruise and we booked with . They were very helpful in recommending a Cruise for 2 adults and 3 adult children (ages 21/22)
Royal Caribbean Navigator of The Seas Ship was everything and more in the way of ship amenities, activities, outstanding food, and the service you receive is Excellent. Even though I cannot compare to other cruise lines, I feel this has to be one of the best lines for the money and it kept our children (ages 21/22) well occupied, and they enjoyed it as much as we did.
The only thing we would have done differently is gotten a room with a window for 3 people or a balcony room, as their interior stateroom was very small for 3 although they did not seem to mind, because they only slept there and then were out on the ship.
Great Experience and Wonderful Memories!!!!

Pros: All The Cruise Ship Amenities and the GREAT Service from Everyone

Cons: Interior Stateroom for 3 persons is quite small

Recommends Navigator of the Seas? Yes!

Ocho Rios, Jamaica
We as parents were not as impressed with the town; however our 22 year olds loved the laid back feel, and they had fun bartering with the natives. The Country side is beautiful and although we did not do an excursion, we lucked out with our cab driver who was very imformative and gave us a nice overview of Ocho Rios. Lots of cabs around (Use the Red License Plates) Cab Drivers. I think excursions are a bit expensive on board ship for this area, so I would do a cab and own your own excursion. Dunns River Falls is nice.
George Town, Grand Cayman
Grand Caymans is very beautiful. Great beaches, Stingray City and Snorkling was wonderful. Shopping is very expensive and my 22 year olds thought it was over the top in Cost .
Don't Miss: Sting Ray City and Snorkling
