The service we received while on the ship was wonderful, sweet, and attentive. But on the last night when we turned our tips and surveys in, the service ENDED. After that they were downright rude. They would walk right past us (no familiar smiles we had been seeing) and even ignore us. We misunderstood the time frames for disembarking the ship and decided to sleep in the last morning to let the crowd thin out but didnt know you had to be out of your staterooms by this certain EARLY hour (you didnt have to be off the ship for a couple hours later). The stateroom attendant barged into our room and yelled "What are you doing!? You're supposed to be out of here!!" When we apologized and said we didnt realize that he just sighed and stared at us rudely before leaving. Then we had to wait in this certain area for them to call our baggage color before you can get off the ship, it was over an hour we had to wait. With no chairs available. The people who needed wheelchairs were just told "Wait your turn" which took forever. Like I said, sweet syrupy service ENDS when you turn in those tips and surveys. But other than that the cruise was great! lol

Pros: The ship was beautiful, the service was impeccable (at first, see review), plenty of activities onboard, very relaxing, and for the amount of people never seemed too crowded. The band "Music Xpress" was AMAZING. (I think that was their name)
Cons: The service after the surveys and tips are turned in, the food was just good, not great. Be prepared to budget in a couple hundred for tips! Getting off the ship on the last day is horrible.
