Wonderful Family Cruise

Sail Date: February 21, 2008

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Inside

I was amazed at the size of this beauttiful ship. It was a wonderful family vaction during school winter break. The staff was wonderful and very nice. Food was very good and there was a lot of variety even for the kids. You don't feel like you are on a large ship, especially if your cabin in mid ship. Easy access to the dining room, pool, etc. Great ship for kids and grown ups as well. We were there at 10:30 am and got on the ship by 11:15 and had a nice lunch, explored the ship and went to our cabin at 1:30pm. When we disembarked, it was very organized and we found our luggage right away. We went through customs with no problems and the buses were there waiting for us. Very organized. Also, if you are organized, have paperwork ready and passports out and open, it goes much faster.

Pros: Promenade area of the ship. Beautiful.

Cons: Nothing

Cozumel, Mexico
We have been to Cozumel before. We go to the Playa Mia Beach Break excursion offered from RCCL. It's reasonably priced with an open bar, lot of water toys for the kids, tranpoline, iceberg, etc. and parasailing is there for a charge. Nice clean restrooms and friendly people. You take a cab to and from the beach and it's about 15 minutes away.
Don't Miss: Shopping is good.
