Wow! What a Fabulous Cruise.

Sail Date: February 17, 2007

Room Type: Inside

We were a bit hesitant to sail on a Mega ship since our first and only cruise on one of these huge ships was a nightmare. There was no service and we felt like one of the herd.

I don't know how Royal Caribbean pulled it off but we never felt rushed or crowded. The service was superb and the entertainment was above average for a cruise ship. There were also talented entertainers in the lounges and clubs.

There were many more children than we expected to see on a Feb. sailing but the programs and activities for children from three years to late teens must have been well planned and intertaining since we rarely ran into them. We had late seating for dinner and it was an adult crowd. The ship was family friendly but also excellent for adults who may not want to be bothered by little ones.

We were extremely impressed on this, our first, Royal Caribbean cruise and would not hisitate to book another cruise with them. They really have their act together.

Pros: The service and Crew were comparable to smaller very expensive cruises.

Cons: The Spa services charges were a bit excessive however, they ran specials daily.
