This was one fine ship and crew! and Food! Unfortunately, the management and organization of procedures were very Bad!It took 3 hours to board. Lost luggage. Dining seating changed 3 times, the first 3 nights, it is very embarrassing to get to your table and they seated someone else in your seats. The efficiency and politeness of the non-management crew was better than expected. The entertainment was great! The 24-hour-cafe on the Promenade was lacking in pizza quality and drink selection but was still very good.
