Great Ship!

Sail Date: December 01, 2009

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Balcony

This was my family's first cruise, and we couldn't bring ourselves to leave the ship. All the crew members were very friendly, and sometimes they would tell jokes! The house keeper was very hard working. She always made the sofa bed for the two kids before night, and made it back into a sofa during the day, before we even stepped back into our room. It was a great first cruise and I am wondering when we are going to go on another cruise!

Pros: The food was awesome, lots of things to do, crew was super friendly

Cons: none

Recommends Navigator of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
The ship was so big, so clean, and it was easy to get around the Navigator's many floors! With the glass elevators, you could see the center of the ship easily while going up or down in the elevator.
Food and Dining
The food was awesome! The Windjammer Cafe had many things to choose from. The food tasted great! Ever our main dining room, the Nutcracker, had very good service, and the menu had many delicious foods in it.
Cabin / Stateroom
The balcony stateroom that we stayed in was very comfortable, with the queen size bed and the sofa bed for the kids. The balcony was great, with chairs to relax by the ocean.
Service and Staff
The ship's staff was very friendly, and whenever we were eating lunch or dinner, the head waiter would go out of his way to come check on us to see if we were ok, and sometimes, he actually told jokes!
The ship had many things to do, like shop, play ball, and many other fun things. We mostly enjoyed the mini-golf course and the Ice Dancin' shows that were put on in Studio B.
Children's Programs
The programs were great, with many things to attract the kids. There was even a Christmas parade that my older child participate in. It was great to see the kids so delighted!
