Navigator of the Seas Cruise Review to Caribbean - Western
Ship: Navigator of the Seas
Cabin Type: Balcony
Traveled As: Couple

The ease of getting on board has improved so much since our last voyage. The cabin was very relaxing with a comfortable bed and enough storage for our clothes and suitcases. If anything could be improved on within the cabin, I would suggest access to music perhaps through the use of a TV channel. For the time in the cabin, the TV options were not very enjoyable.
Your staff should be recognized for their great job at always greeting with a smile and willingness to assist and not having blinders over their eyes. REFRESHING!
While the SPA was relaxing, obtaining appointments for services was not. Had to have a manicure at 830p on first day and then the pedicure at 0800 the next day.
Food options were amazing and always very delicious. The only suggestion I would include is the options for soft drinks and iced tea at all meal times. Even with the purchase of soda package, access was difficult even if available at meal time.
Casino time was very enjoyable. The dealers for the most part were interactive with the traveler's. The first evening was smoke free and very disappointing to find out that all the other nights smoking was allowed.
Unfortunately the weather gods were not on our side for pool side enjoyment. Haven taken the time to get away and leaving other family at home, the access to internet at a reasonable cost in today's world was NOT reasonable on the ship.
Overall our time away was relaxing and enjoyable.

Pros: Food options
Cons: Time in room would be more enjoyable with some access to music. TV options not very enjoyable. With todays forms of communication via the internet it is very disappointing that the access is so limited let alone the cost you assign per minute. Families still need to be connected.
