Balcony Room is the Only Way to Go

We really enjoyed our 5 night cruise to Jamaica and Labadee, Haiti. Both of us have cruised before and really enjoy Royal Caribbean. The food and the service is the best. We got a great deal at $399 each for a balcony room. They got to pick our room but because we booked early we got a $50.00 credit which they put right on our card and our room was on the top floor next to the suites. It was a great experience having the balcony room as neither of us have had one before. It really gives you a whole other experience that you don't get with an inside room. Like I said the food, service, entertainment and ship were excellent. The only negatives were our shopping experience in Labadee and the eggs at breakfast. We didn't get off in Jamaica but heard the people were very pushy and the cab drivers try to scam you. I would recommend the actual cruise activities rather than trying to work out your own itinerary. If you like fun without have all kids or all seniors this is a great cruise. You get a mix of different ages, lots of English speaking people with a mix of foreigners as well. You get treated like you're a regular as soon as you get on the boat. We met 5 other couples on this cruise that we will keep in touch with. It just seemed like everyone was so happy on this cruise. I figure there must be something to that. Hope this review helped. Have fun....

Pros: Balcony room, Service, Food at dinner, ship itself, activities and casino

Cons: breakfast eggs were fake and the shopping in Labadee was awful
