The ship itself is gorgeous. The servi ce on the Navigator is the worst, except for our wait staff in the dining room. The steward would not even attempt to find an extension cord for my cpap machine. Said he'd alreqady gotten one for anther passenger and we boarded promptly at 2. He also took 5 or 6 hours to switch our bedding to single beds and then used our bedding on another cabin, when we'd layed on it. Also the guest service desk and pursur were less than friendly, as was most bar and service staff. The food was good but not exceptiional in dining room and just average on buffet deck. You pay for cola or soft drinks. Again, dining staff was a redeeming feature.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food was average but the service great

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The motown group was prfessional. Other shows just average. The events like carolling, just short and not a big deal. Worst enhtertainhment I've had on 7 cruises

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
Only service oriented employees were wait staff in dining room.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Ship is beatiful and loved the promenade. Everything was clean. Loved glass elevator

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
only 2 plugs in whole stateroom. None in bath. Could not plug my cpap machine in and steward refused to help. Room itself was nice, but the plug problem was a problem. The interactive feature on the TV did not work.

Pros: beautiful ship and easy to get around , elevator service good

Cons: service
