First Cruise - Great Experience

Sail Date: January 01, 2010

Reviewed: 7 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

The ship appeared to be brand new. It was very well maintained and clean. Except for a tiny stain on the carpet, it looked like our room had never been used before. It was great being treated like royalty for a few days.

Pros: Smooth sailing in all regards!

Cons: Once on board, it wasn't really clear what was included in the cruise and what was extra!

Recommends Navigator of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
The acts that were brought in were great! Very entertaining, but the cruise ship had its own group of singers/dancers who were just mediocre. Every song they did seemed like a repeat of the last.
Service and Staff
We expected and received the best!!! What more can I say?!?
Food and Dining
If you like a formal atmosphere, you could dine in the main dining room or for more causal environment, you could just go to the buffet line. The food was great where ever you were on the ship and the choices were not something that you find everyday.
Cabin / Stateroom
Unknown to us, we were given a handicap accessible room which meant we had the bars on the walls in the bathroom and a wider door, but it also meant a room that was considerably large then the norm. It was great.
