This was the second time I have cruised on this ship. The last time was four years ago. My daughter and I were bitten by bedbugs both times. The staff ignored us. We went to the medical facility and we were told that we could buy a bottle of calamine lotion for $5.00 or make an appointed with the doctor for an additional charge. If you go, bring Benedryl tablets and lotion with you!

Did not know the deluxe balcony stateroom had a bunkbead over our bed.
