Another Great Cruise!

Sail Date: March 31, 2007

Reviewed: 10 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Balcony

Navigator of the Seas is absolutely beautiful! Very large and very if you are looking for a small intimate environment, this is not the ship for you. The service, food and entertainment was top notch.

Pros: Service, Food, Entertainment

Cons: Crowds

Recommends Navigator of the Seas? Yes!

Children's Programs
With teenagers, we only used "Fuel" the nightclub. The kids loved it, but I think it could be better supervised.
Ship Quality
Food and Dining
The dining room has the best food; Windjammer more casual, but also very good. Take advantage of the cafe on the Promenade (great desserts and coffee) and ROOM SERVICE!! The buffets were forgetable.
Cabin / Stateroom
Our balconied stateroom on the 10th deck was wonderful. Kids had an inside -- which was perfect for them. Very comfortable beds and roomy as well.
Service and Staff
Wonderful service. Whatever you want, just ask
Lots of variety...something for everybody. Make sure you take advantage of the activities...especially the evening entertainment.
George Town, Grand Cayman
George Town is very crowded, as was 7 mile beach. We did not go on an excursion and wished we did. The beach and water was very beautiful - even with the crowds. The town was nothing exciting (not like San Juan or St. Thomas). We heard StingRay city was fun, but very crowded
Cozumel, Mexico
Have been there before, but was definitely the best port. If you go snorkling, wait to reserve when you get there so you can see what you are getting. We reserved through Royal Carribean site and were a little disappointed with our boat (not what it was advertised to be)...but we still enjoyed the snorkeling and the group was fun!
Don't Miss: Snorkeling
Ocho Rios, Jamaica
Ummmm. Been there before. Not a safe place, so make sure you enroll in an excursion. DO NOT GO TO DUNNS RIVER FALLS. It was horrible! Thousands of people climbing up the falls at the same time...all holding hands. Again, it was horrible! Gardens at "Caraba (?)" were beauitiful
Labadee (Cruiseline Private Island)
This was our second time there and was (again) absolutely wonderful. Did nothing but lay out in the sun and float in the ocean.
Don't Miss: Rent a float for $5!!
