Don’t Cruise on this particular ship if you have no children or dont’t like large crowds. If you like good service and attention while cruising (we do) this is not a ship for you!

This ship is huge...and it rocks, especially when moving fast out at sea. Take Bonine or some RX patches if you are prone to seasickness.

Don't do it!! One other thing that was misleading, MSC advertised a My MSC app that we could all download so that we could keep track of our group. This never worked at all! MSC knew it was taken down and would not work but never informed us. Enjoying yourselves will require more effort on your part, It wasn’t a terrible experience but the cruise line could have been much better.

Don’t expect much from the buffet. Expect a tiny room. If you are looking for good food sail on another cruise line.

Be prepared to not be able to go through the entire ship. The whole forward section, like in all MSC ships is reserved for Yacht Club members. so you cannot really walk or jog around the ship. On each and very floor, there will be doors accessible only to members. This is disappointing.

Don't sail on MSC.... we had similar issues in the Med this past summer and would not have taken this cruise if it wasn't for prepaid airline and hotel reservations. MSC is at the bottom of my list . We have sailed on Holland America, Celebrity, Princess, NCL, RCCL, and Carnival.

Take some time to figure out the MSC for Me app. Once you figure it out, it makes it very convenient to schedule shows, book restaurants, and to track your children (if you've paid the extra fee for tracking). It is also the portal for your internet access (you receive an internet package as part of the Aurea experience, but there is no instruction sheet in your room so you have to figure it out on the app, which can be a little frustrating). I found that I used the app often throughout the day.
