Outstanding service in the yacht club, only way we will travel. Servers, butlers, conceriage all very pleasant and attentive.

One of my favorite cruises ever. Pretty much number 1 or 2.only because I used yacht club instead of regular experience options. I'll definitely do this again with MSC.

My overall cruise was fun. Hey Siri who booked my cruise experience was professional, helpful from the get-go and answered all my questions with ease. The overall onboard experience was wonderful, and I will definitely travel with MSC again

I really enjoyed this cruise the ship is beautiful and had great service being American i can see why people complain it is not geared toward our market the europeans keep to themselves and they don’t play hardly any American music soI can see how someone who typically cruises on royal carnival or Norwegian would not enjoy this cruise nevertheless I really had a great cruise and you cannot beat it for the price. Side note we Cruised at 100% capacity and there were less than 500 Americans on board

Amazing cruise with great entertainment. The shows, the humor, the food- everything was designed to satisfy the European taste. The food variety was OK for first time travelers but it could definitely be improved if the cruise line would like to target frequent travelling US customers. No other comments. Overall, the cruise was fantastic.

Overall, we had a good time. Despite the many disappointment with many things. We did not let that ruined our happiness. Some things could have handle better if staff were properly trained. It was our first time on a cruise and we chose the MSC with the help of our travel agent and to experience some of the things we experienced was not good

This is a relatively new ship that is absolutely beautiful. The Yacht Club experience is fantastic with a very large suite and cuisine that is superb. No need for specialty restaurants.

The cruise was well worth it after securing a good deal on a last minute trip. The balcony rooms are nice, the crew and service was good, and the entertainment was fun. The itinerary wasn’t the best so I wouldn’t do it again but overall I had a good time on a nice big newer ship

I would definitely recommend MSC and this cruise and the MSC Seaside. I liked how the itinerary worked, with the first day and a half at sea, to get to know the ship better, then start visiting the ports of call. With Ocean Cay as the final stop and beach day, it was a great way to end our journey.

I was extremely disappointed in this cruise. I’ve sailed Holland America through and I was extremely satisfied. I chose MSC simply because of the ship. I’ll never do that again. The embark/disembark was a nightmare, the food was pretty terrible for all meals except the dining room for dinner was okay. The buffet was not good at all. The Starwalker Michael Jackson show was excellent, the ship was beautiful, almost too many amenities, yet no gift shop to purchase even a snack. I’m vegan, and I cannot eat dairy, and I literally had no options, so I had to eat animal product to sustain myself. I based this on Holland last year, who had many options daily for me. The stateroom was a joke for the price. I slept on a loveseat with a bad cold out mattress. Also the winds were bad, and they cganged our excursions twice, and canceled the second, just leaving us on Nassau with no suggestions, no directions. They didn’t even tell us they cancelled, no announcement-we found out when we were leaving the ship to go to port. Never again.

It was a beautiful ship but compared to other cruise experiences we were disappointed. There was something in our room that was not cleaned in our room that ruined my husbands clothing, we were promised that they were going to make our 10 year anniversary special (the reason we went on our cruise) with cake and champagne which was never delivered. Our dinner friends boasted about chocolate covered strawberries and champagne delivered for a leaking toilet. The food was good. For someone with food allergies, I was well cared for. The service was a little slow and every where you turned they were trying to up sell you on something - approached at dinner about buying a higher end dinner. It was annoying.

Good food, good theatre productions. Everything else.. ok or less. Big ship with a few public spaces and many restricted areas for the wealthy clients only. Would not go back again on this ship.

Overall it was ok. The ship is beautiful, but they still have a ways to go to compare to Norwegian or Royal Caribbean. Food could have been better. Need more staff. There was just something lacking, meaning no extra nice touches. The price was good. Getting off on the islands took a very long time. Overall, just OK, but nothing major that would make me not take another cruise with MSC.

Great first experience on MSC, we will definitely book another!

Although I had a nice time I dont think I'll be traveling with MSC anytime soon. Maybe I'll give them another chance when they become more established in the USA.

The ship was lovely and well maintained. The staff was always friendly and greeted us with smiles no matter the day or what activity they were engaged in. Our cabin was nice, the food plentiful and varied. My only disappointment was the short time allotted at the different ports and some of the evening entertainment shows. I would definitely cruise with MSC again.

We had a great vacation. My review is coming from a American with children so please do not take offense to it and I will not compare it to other ships either that I have been on. Embarkation was a breeze we were on in literally 20 minutes! Everyone’s room was ready by 2pm and they made and announcement which was nice. We went right to the buffet and had a drink. We went to deck 16 that wasn’t as busy they have little buttons on the table if you want bar service to be brought to your table that is nice as well as the machines for your wine at a drink station. They juices they offer are a nice variety for breakfast through dinner. We did the easy drink package which was perfect for us and they did not make us get a drink package for our 3 year old which we loved! We did not have any problem for the most part with getting a drink at the bar except when we were at the kids water park or the jungle pool with the bar in between them it always closed by 6pm when they pool areas were open will 10pm so you had to walk to a different floor and different area to get a drink which I thought was odd. Also you can not drink along the edges of the pool only at your chairs. There is plenty of chairs we never had a problem finding one at the pools except the kids pool there is none but a little ledge to sit on. I took my husband his drink before it got warm and got a whistle and yelled at by the lifeguard. This was at the jungle pool. Also the Miami pool is half smoking and half not with nothing separating it so if your a non smoker you might not care for that. Our room I thought was a good size so was the balcony with plenty of storage like other rooms. They do not have washcloths in the bathroom you have to ask for them. They have shower doors not curtains which is a plus some rooms have tubs. Kids program seemed nice my son only went one day. They only really had legos to play with but they do take your kids to lunch and dinner if you let them know if you need some more mommy and daddy time as well as going to a port as well. Buffet to me was the same as all the rest. They did not have cookies though and the ice cream was available at odd times which they handed it to you, you could not get it yourself. They do need some work on the ethnic area the pasta is usually al-dente not under cooked. The breakfast buffet is the same as every breakfast buffet no complaints. They atrium didn’t have activities going on however was beautiful mostly have them at the Miami pool area. I felt like they didn’t have a lot of activities in general. Lots of shops, the venchi chocolate bar I felt was pricy and the sports bar was nice but only serves wings. Bridge of sighs is neat but no walking track or area to walk straight around in a circle. Getting off at ports was extremely easy. When we got back on they didn’t even check the screen on the X-ray machine! Crazy! We did not do any of the speciality restaurants. The gym was nice and pretty busy first thing in the morning. We had no problems with any foreigners at all minus the language barrier and the cutting in line at the buffet but that’s their way I think no biggie. Debarking was a disaster though. For some reason they made the ship turn around. They had all the signs set up for the other way. No one had any direction on which way to go everyone was starting to fight and yell it was horrible it took about 60 minutes if not longer. Also which I was told this so I’m not sure that the Europeans were able to get all their tips taken off their bills at customer service the night before the last night. Which we were not able to something about they do not tip etc. I thought it was weird not sure how true but would explain the long line. Overall I would do another msc Cruise possibly if they improve a few things towards the American market.

Kuddos to several cruise staff: 1) Bradley Solayao, Cruise staff. He's part of the entertainment - I vote for him to be the next cruise director!!! He is fun, he's entertaining, he's super friendly with passengers, and a lot of passengers would agree we all LOVE him! He's awesome!!! 2) Jackielou C. Harlent, Asst Buffet Supervisor - She is friendly, helpful, very professional and actually talks to passengers! She's not robotic like a lot of the staff, if passengers doesn't break the ice most just walk around like a robot that has to do their work.

This was our first cruise ever! And it was everything I dreamed of and more way more!!!
