The pros are the ship was newer with deep pools and nice hot tubs. My daughter loved the waterside. The drinks tasted good. I liked most of the entertainment on the ship. The main con was the food. Very disappointing. MSC needs to post an update. The last health was in May where MSC Seaside posted a horrific 67.

It was an amazing experience and a wonderful way to spend our honeymoon!

Overall a great experience! We've been on many cruises, but our first on MSC. I'd put it above Carnival and below Royal Caribbean and we would definitely sail on MSC again.

This was my wife and I first cruise and MSC embrace us and show us a wonderful trip. We are hooked MSC. The staff was fantastic and are room attendance she bend over backwards to take care of us.

Will not sail again with MSC. The worst cruise to date and nothing was included

Embarkation and disembarkation went very smoothly. Luggage arrived quickly. I ate A LOT the first few days, until I could no longer do 2 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 2 dinners (but I only gained 5 lbs--I used the stairs a lot). Lobster & filet mignon on formal night was great! Tiramisu on Italian night--awesome! Dining room food was very good. We've been on so many cruises that this one was mainly for a well-need vacation after working hard and not cruising for 8 years.

We really enjoyed the bars and entertainment during the sea days. We were very unsure of what to do, but ended up having so much fun!

The guys in the Watch shop near the chocolate bar are so mean with the customer

Please have more activities to do. Tango night was terrible. Latino night was good, but rest of days the only thing to do was watching NBA finals

It was a beautiful ship and wasn't over crowded. This cruise is great for first time cruisers and I love this ship. It's very different from other cruise lines but I prefer this one because it was more calm and organized. Diversity was very evident and it was great to see a different culture of cruising.

This was my first time on an MSC cruise. We had a great time on this cruise and I recommend others to give MSC cruises a try. You will not regret it.

I sailed MSC Seaside. It was my daughter and I’s first cruise and my aunts 21st (her first on MSC) We agree that customer service was hands down amazing! Everyone smiled when we passed them. Everyone was very helpful, kind and friendly. The ship was beautiful and there were nonstop activities. The private island in the Bahamas was perfect! Food and drinks were included on the island as well. We never waited in long lines for anything. The drinks were delicious and served quickly. The only thing that was mediocre was the food. My aunt said she will never sail with any other cruise company again. A special shout-out to a few people that made our cruise even more outstanding and made us feel special every time we seen them….Our room attendant, Angeliqua. She never missed a beat! Every time we left the room she freshened it up, changed the towels, made the bed, emptied the garbage etc. it didn’t matter if we came in and out of our room 7 times a day. It was like new every time! Darrell, the restaurant manager was over the top amazing every time we seen him. He was accommodating if we wanted to go to the later dinner or earlier. He always seemed happy to see us. He addressed us by name and always checked on us to make sure that everything was perfect! Lira, the bartender always has a smile on her face. Always cheerful. Perfect customer service and makes a fabulous Mai Tai. Cathleen from the kids club was always happy to see my daughter. She enjoyed hanging out with her and was always pleasant every time we seen her. Allen the server in the restaurant was fabulous. Impeccable customer service and always a pleasure no matter which restaurant we seen him working in. Mar Jun in the restaurant was great as well. He even cut my daughters food up for her. Thank you all for making our trip memorable and special. I literally can not say enough good things about this cruise line! We will be back next year and we are bringing more family with us

A must do the island is so pretty and with seeing, however if you are traveling with a person who needs assistance, book a wheelchair accessible cabin, it will give you enough room for all, I believe.

Overall, we found our experience with MSC Cruises to be very disappointing. We have limited cruise experience, but this was my least favorite cruise line of the three I’ve traveled on my cousin, had some friends on the ship as well, and they expressed the same views, even though we had no contact on ship.

Need to get some chefs that give flavor to their food. Very disappointing for a Italian ship.

Never again will we cruise MSC. Terrible terrible food. Internet desk crew were not at all helpful. Safety hazards in the room were even the emergency buttons didn't work.

The ship is very nice and the service was good except for dinner. I only ate in the dining room 2 nights because it took 2.5 to 3 hrs to eat and the food wass bland.

Cruise was wonderful except for food. It seem like it was same most days. Also it seem they ran out of pepperoni for pizza on last day.

Had a great time. Super relaxing. Even though there were over 5000 people onboard, it never felt crowded. Great experience
