Relaxing week. More than likely our one and only MSC cruise.

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Dining room was very good. Buffet was good but it didn’t change. Food placement was a little odd. Soft serve ice cream was only available at one location with limited time. They ran out of cones day 2 - trash that was created by paper cups, plastic spoon in paper wrapper was bad for a company so concerned about the invironment.
Onboard Activities
2 out of 5
Water slides were excellent, loved the quantity of pools and hot tubs. Kids pool was excellent. We are used to many more activity choices. There was not much to do. Glad we brought our cards.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
Shows got better has the week progressed. Peter Pink & Michael Jackson shows we’re our favorite. We’re only allowed to attend one comedy show.
Children's Programs
Saw the areas and they were awesome. Didn’t bring kids on this trip
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Rate 5 for room stewards. Wait staff in the main dinning were nice but struggled, not sure if they were new would rate them 2.5
Ship Quality

Ship was beautiful but layout was choppy. Like elevator setup.
Ship was clean but worn. Sofa in room needed t

Balcony 10248. Balconies are very different on this ship. The ocean was not immediately off the rail. Could see into the very large balcony below, the covered walkway and then the water. You couldn’t hear the ocean. Bathroom is very small with very limited storage.
Ship tip
Use the far aft glass elevator when possible. We made our reservations for entertainment on the wall kiosk the night prior when we were done for the night. Never had problems getting into a show.
That port can’t handle 4 very large ships! We went very early, made one quick pass thru a few shops and returned to ship. Dolphin encounter was not in good condition- have been there many times and have never seen it like that.
We love this port but we had to be back on board by 3:30 and that was very disappointing. This port was the highlight of our trip - did Salsa, Salsa & more Salsa at Playa Mia. What a beautiful resort, fabulous cooking class with Angel and dance instruction, food and drinks were awesome. Pools & beach top notch! We will return here!
What a horrible mess! They need to get a better system! We had a good week and had to remind ourselves that has we were in a line that took us through the whole ship. Have never had this type of experience at disembarkation.
