Unable to do excursions due to weather. Had never been on a kayak before and and told them that. They just put us in and gave no direction, didn’t tell us where we could go just very uninformative.

We sailed on Seaside earlier this year. We had a similar experience that you did. Booked MSC Seashore for this December. Reviews seem totally different between the 2 ships. Seashore has way more positive reviews. My feeling it is cruise ship management issue on Seaside vs the cruise line itself. We will see…
