We traveled as a group of eight in two families. The cruise made it easy to meet or participate in a variety of activities. I felt like the time at sea was perfect. The port visits were timed well with the week-long schedule. The cruise ship was great. I heard so many languages from Europe, such as Italian, Spanish, Portuguese. It was a great experience.

It was easy and seamless. We did not wait long to board the ship.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
The main dining room was fabulous. The buffet were set up differently than American style but we knew the ship is Italian based.
Seashore Restaurant

Our wait staff was fantastic. The food was delicious. We found a great variety of selection and wanted to try them all.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
We played a lot of trivia. We would have love to see more music type trivias. We were disappointed the wind was a major factor in zip line closures. We were so looking forward to it but did not get to this activity. The Formula One simulator was fantastic. The boys in our group enjoyed it immensely.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
The performers were Broadway style acts. We enjoyed all the hype.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Our waiters and room stewards were fabulous. They greeted us all the time. They showed a smile throughout our interaction and we enjoyed conversing with them about their experience.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
It was clean. I was surprised to not be able to find trashcans. It felt disconcerting to just leave used napkins on top of tables.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
It was longer and the layout was perfect for a family of three. It was clean overall. The shower was leaking but cabin steward cleaned it up daily. The balcony was fantastic to have a view sitting down instead of standing over the rail.
Ship tip
Sign up for everything ahead of time, especially the Thermal Spa area. It saves the heartache of standing in line.
We signed up for the excursion on Castaway Girl, with a catamaran and snorkel. We loved the crew of our catamaran. What a fantastic excursion for the morning.
We did not sign up for an excursion. However, we found a taxi cab that took the eight of us in a three-hour tour of the island. We enjoyed listening to the history, aftermath of the hurricanes and favorite photo spots.
Nassau was so crowded with five cruise boats docked at one time. We found another taxi shuttle to drive us through various parts of the neighborhoods and share his experience of living on the islands.
