Overall I enjoyed the cruise. Having cruised on MSC in the past I knew what to expect and it met my expectations.
Embarkation
4 out of 5
Very organized and embarked with ease
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Food in both the buffet and dining room was good, what I expected.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
Pool areas were very nice and plenty of chairs, especially on sea days
Entertainment
3 out of 5
While there was good variety throughout the week, they were just ok.
Children's Programs
No children
Service and Staff
3 out of 5
Staff appeared to be on the lazy side. Some were very good but others could care less.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
Ship was very attractive. Plenty of areas to go to, very clean and was able to navigate easily.
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
Closets were on the small side with only one side easily accessible. Couch was filthy and had to but a cover on it. Cabin steward had to be left notes for clean glasses and face cloths.
Ship tip
Eat as many breakfasts in the dining room. The buffet is very busy and unfortunately are not very polite and will cut in front of you.
Very disorganized. Line snaked all the way around the 7th deck and people were confused where to get in line. Virtually no staff present to help anyone.
