Although I had fun in all the ports and was happy that there were so many ports to enjoy. The chances of me ever sailing MSC again is very unlikely.
Embarkation

Had priority boarding which was fast and easy.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining

The buffet was the worst I have ever seen on any cruise I have ever been on. The main dining room has a different menu each night so there was always something to eat. Never ate in the specialty restaurants as I find them too expensive.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
The 3:30 trivia was always fun in the Seaview Lounge. Nicole was always funny and joking. Everyone in there made us feel at home. The sports bar was ok. Disappointed with having to pay for gelato found it too expensive for the small serving. No ice cream machines found.
Entertainment

The movie trivia on the pool deck was a lot of fun. The crew did a mock performance of each movie from the trivia and had us all laughing very hard. Great job! Only had 2 sea days so my days were filled with shopping in ports.
Children's Programs
I don’t like traveling with kids
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Almost all of the staff went above and beyond to make my Cruise fun. There where a few that had language barriers and did not understand my requests making me have to seek out other staff members. My cabin steward was the best!!! No complaints about the staff at all.
Ship Quality
2 out of 5
This ships design keeps me scratching my head in wonder. There was no main promenade for shopping. Stores were scattered on different floors making it hard to find them. The buffets set up is terrible and I don’t think too much thought went into the design of it.
Cabin / Stateroom
2 out of 5
Way too small. The balcony was bigger than the room. The balcony blocked the views with its walls. The couch was beside the closet making it impossible to use the closet. The over all design of the room made no sense what so ever. Space from the balcony could have been used to expand the room size thus increasing the size of the shoebox bathroom and the closet making for more room in the cabin. Our cabin attendants were very friendly, very efficient and did an outstanding job!!!!
Ship tip
Don’t expect much from the buffet. Expect a tiny room. If you are looking for good food sail on another cruise line.
Very disappointed with being told I have to be off the ship by 7:30 AM on my last day of vacation. Then had an extremely long wait in the theatre before we could disembark. Then had long line ups to get off the ship. The entire process was extremely frustrating to say the least.
I didn’t book the cruise I traveled with a friend. So no I did not research the room size before hand (thanks for asking before judging). The deck was huge and they could have extended the room a little bit more and made the deck smaller. The couch was positioned in front of our closet making it impossible for us (2 women) to use it so we literally lived out of our suitcases making it hard to find anything and I am sure it annoyed our cabin steward. There is no reason for the deck to be that big. Would have been happier with a bigger room and smaller deck. The food was very bland and the selection was terrible in the buffet. I ate in the main dining most of my meals.
I was just trying on the Seaside. There was ice cream on Deck 16 in the buffet. And the only people that could leave at 7am and shortly after were if you had your luggage and choose to walk off. I was off the ship in 20 minutes by taking my luggage off the ship. Every cruise line does just same thing.
Funny how people complain about room size and space, don't you think of checking out the room size BEFORE you book it to know if it will be good for you or if you should book a bigger room? This is always the first thing I research before I book a cruise.
