Review summary

Terrible ship, Every bar we went to I asked for a certain drink from there menu and not one bar made it the same way. Crew not friendly, customer service terrible. training of crew terrible, ship dirty, sewerage smell all week, toilets didn't flush.

Had a suite which was never cleaned, constantly having to chase room porter down to get clean towels, never vaccumed room all week, trash from upper floors on my balcony never picked up all week, no ice put in ice bucket, trash in bathroom never taken out, very poor.

Terrible porter, never cleaned my room properly, bathroom so small, better off with a oceanview room same size and cheaper. not enough crew to handle size of ship. sewerage smell all week all over the ship.half the time toilets would not flush

Thanks ptinehoutx! I have been on 15 cruises and always make the best of it. I actually never check reviews. This is first time because new ship! But I am over it and will have a great time for sure!

Sierra5 I was worried after reading all of the reviews too. I was thinking I made a huge mistake and wished I could change my travel plans. After codfishing went on the trip and told me what a great time she was having I'm so glad that I didn't cancel mine. It was wonderful! You're going to have a great time. Stop worrying about the bad reviews and start planning your trip and getting excited. Wish I could go back with you!

You will have a good time! It is an International cruise line so things are a little different but MSC and Seaside were good. I actually saw some people complain about elevators, etc. and I just reminded them we were on vacation. If you like fast elevators then don't get on a ship with 19 decks and 5000 people OR plan your day a little better. We honestly didn't have an elevator problem. There may have been two occasions that we waited more than 4 or 5 minutes. Food was good, water pressure in shower was good, etc.

i know right. we sail with our group of friends on March 24th. have been having many discussions about this ship among our group. everyone has come to the conclusion that it is your own fault if you have a bad time on your cruise. we have been on three and all three have had issues here and there but all in all we didn’t let it ruin our trip. no vacation is going to be perfect .. just saying.

I feel like all the reviews have been coming in positive lately and then this. It’s like some alternative universe? It’s like a completely different ship? So discouraging to hear after so many good reviews. But I do agree, it’s what you make of it. We’re still super excited about our March 17th cruise!

MSC has always prided itself on cleanliness. We’ve sailed DIVINA 3 times and it was always sparkling

I wonder about this review. Everything on your cruise was "terrible?" I just got off the ship on Feb. 10th and had a great time. Balcony cabin. Shower was small and beds were hard but I would rate my cruise a 4 out of 5. Buffet food was really good. Every single staff was friendly and I would rate the crew a 10!
