Salt and pepper shakers do not work. We were not given real butter when we asked for it - they did not have any - not true, since we were told by others after the cruise, that they got some butter when they asked. Not cool. The times the buffet was open was not convenient, especially when we were in port.

Onboard Activities

The shows were good - you have to sign up ahead of time if you want to go. There were plenty of kiosks to do that. The name of the shows were a little deceiving - pleasantly surprised by the contents. Casino was smokey and too small.

A lot of employees had the standard answer that they were new and did not know the ropes yet - training of staff should happen before a trip and not be left up to guessing.

Ship Quality

Most of the elevators did not work. People waited over 1/2 hour for an elevator where the wheelchair would fit. All common bathrooms were disasters - 3 out of 4 stalls were clogged at one time. This was on every floor and it was a great health hazard. Smell of sewer was present in the corridor on our floor (12th) and some cabins smelled so bad people couldn't sleep. This is a brand new ship and basic items like this SHOULD WORK.

Some folks think salt shakers all clumped up and not working I had the same on my cruise not once almost every time is nothing at all so when does it become something when the food is toxic when the sun doesn't shine anymore if a cruise line doesn't pay attention to the little details are they paying attention to safety are they paying attention to their engines

Definitely agree with you food was so poor could not enjoy the cruise I've been on many cruises some expensive some budget but the food on this cruise was high school cafeteria not luxury cruise

Was on the seaside had no problems except for the people were pushy . Great time loved the ship shows were fantastic all employees went out of their way , really never waited on elevators All in all 5+

I have not read any good reviews about this cruise line but for a new ship to have this many problems, that's not right!
