It was the worse vacation ever. We spent more time attempting to fix issues instead of simply relaxing.

The food was often cold with little flavor. One couldn't get a specialty drink if in the main dinning room. Also, the buffet food was often cold, dry and lacked flavor.. Choices were average as well. Drinks were nothing special as well and was yelled at by staff when asked to make a new drink.

Not a lot of activities at all and the ones they had were very boring.

Room was left with a dirty water glass for the entire trip. Had a terrible experience communicating with staff. Had a huge issue in regards to the entire septic system. Couldn't flush the toilet most of the time and had toilet leaking pure waste in the bathroom.
