The food came out either overcooked or under cooked 5 nights out of 7 in the main dining room. Offer to purchase additional types of food on the all inclusive dinning room menu. Desserts were ordered at the time of ordering your meal. At the 7:45 pm dinner seating the light would turn on to full blast at 9:10 p.m. for the 3rd seating. Not a good experience, but the waiters were great! Specialty steak restaurant had the same problem. Specialty coffee bar could not make a Mocha stating that they were an Italian ship, and only did Espresso's. I can go on, but you have the idea.

Onboard Activities

Had drink coupons with the cruise. Went to specialty restaurant on last night, and was told to go to the bar from the restaurant to get wine. Next waiter comes by, and asks if we would like wine, and totally contradicts the first waited stating that he could use the coupons without any issues. They do not know what they are doing. Specialty steak restaurant ordered filet medium. My was well done, and my wife's was perfect. The specialty restaurants are not price fixed for the restaurants. Every menu item has a price point!

Entertainment

In house entertainment with 3-4 singers. You would hear the back up singers come up and sing and dance, but their lips did not move. The back ups were lip syncing. Walked out of 2 of the 3 shows that we saw.

Stewart was great! Cabin was cheaply built, soap dispenser did not work after second day. It was fixed and stopped working the next day. For it's second voyage the carpets in the room were already frayed. The stains in the hall from the foot traffic lest the carpets discolored after washing.

Ship tip

DO NOT GO ON THE MSC SEASIDE. It was the worst experience ever. We have cruised about 10 times. The feeling was mutual with all of the guests that we spoke to!
