When we were on we had the drink package and got specialty coffee drinks thru that. The chocolate candy was not free or covered by drink package. Hope that helps! Enjoy

unfortunately it isn't free for any passenger. Even the Yacht Club and Aurea passengers have to pay.

if you are referencing the Toblerone bar in the mini fridge, it is only free in Yacht Club (1 bar only).

in the yacht club one toblerone bar is free you have to pay for each one after that
